Alan Bourke Real Estate was established in 1988 and has always been located in its current location at 240 Canning Highway, South Perth on the corner of South Terrace (opposite the Como Hotel).

The Company is a medium sized business offering a specialised sales focus for you.  We offer a high calibre of sales personnel, assisted by 'state of the art' computer sales information and computer feasibility studies for investors and developers.  The sales team may be contacted directly on mobile phones or individual email addresses. 

The Company concentrates heavily on imparting knowledge to Investors by running investment seminars and by printing a free publication entitled "The Basics of Real Estate Investing". 

The office location is central and close to the inner city to allow easy access and is in a high profile location, designed to attract a high level of customer enquiry.
