How will we go about selling your property?
We offer a selection of Marketing options. Some owners may wish to augment our "Standard" Marketing Campaign in order to increase their property's exposure or perhaps to help sell it faster or even for a higher price.
We offer a number of Marketing Packages:
1. Standard Marketing Campaign
Our Standard Marketing Campaign comprises web exposure on our website alanbourke.com.au plus uploading to 3 other popular web ports. 1) reiwa.com.au 2) realestate.com.au 3) aussiehome.com.au. In addition to this we will advertise your property on the weekend in our classified gang ads. Signage in this package is our standard 4'x3' text signboards.
2. Value Plus Campaign
Our "Value Plus" Campaign is appropriate often for Vendors, keen on a faster result, who are prepared to assist the agent with marketing funds to "spread the word" a little wider (and quicker) to grab the buyer's attention to produce a faster result. The extra options comprise photosign board, colour pictures in our popular 'Move Magazine'.
3. Auction Campaign
The focus here is that owners market their properties for approximately four weeks and set a date as auction date. On that day, competitors bid higher and higher prices until an acceptable level is reached (reserve price). Beyond this price, the highest bidder is the successful buyer. We have a number of campaigns to choose from. Please call us to discuss.
4. Expressions of Interest / Tender Campaign
Similar to (3) but all offers are written throughout the marketing period and offered at a future point of time.
